I love reading everyone's blogs! Sam, have I told you about marshmallow bananas? Well, what you do is split the banana (already peeled), fill it with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, wrap it all back up in some foil, and put it in the oven (whatever temp) until it's gooey. Yes, it sounds disgusting, but it changed my life. Anyways, my workouts for the weekend included a 45 minute walk on Friday, a 2 mile walk on Sunday and 30 minutes of the elliptical machine on Monday followed by some strength training. Keep up the good work everyone!
