Ok so due to some pretty serious injurious in my IT bands and lower back I will only be running the half marathon in Austin Dec. 5th because my sister is getting married on the weekend of white rock. So my long runs have been a bit different, this past weekend I ran 10 miles with walk breaks ever 2 miles for about 1 minute. My hips were THROBBING afterwards and I have started to have a lot of issues sleeping because the work I am putting on my back. However I have been trying to balance out the injuries by doing a lot of yoga, I usually do the P90X yoga program on Tuesdays and Thursdays then in class workouts plus ab and strength training. Hopefully I will be able to continue to push myself further and work out more with the injuries.
