Hello all, this weeks has been pretty laid back as far as running is concerned. This past weekend Wes and I broke 20 miles which was pretty awesome despite the fact that we were extremely sore. I ran for 35 min on Monday/ recovery run, on Tuesday I took the day off because I could still feel a little ache in my joints. Wednesday morning I did a hill workout ( I ran the "hill" near Sherrod Apartments 4 times) which was great. Thursay and Friday I am resting in lieu of a workout because I plan on running 22 miles this Saturday! Its gonna be awesome. That is all I have to say about that. Peace.
