oh Boy! A Blog! I'm terrible at blogging....I guess it's time for that to change.
Well, the most I've run so far has been about thirteen miles. After about twelve I feel like my knees have been run through a hamburger grinder or something. I've been working on the new shoe thing (because I think that will help) but progress has been slow. I run in class with you guys, and I usually run 4-6 miles three times a week outside of class. But, new shoes should be here monday...looking forward to seeing how long I'll be able to go! I've gotta get some miles in...we've only got another month! Oh, and yoga is really great too. Three cheers for yoga. See you guys monday.
