Rest

After my last long run two weekends ago, I decided to back of because of my knee. I've only run twice since then, but I've been doing a lot of cross training. For core strength I've been rock climbing and conditioning for rock climbing. For my legs and cardio I hop on my bike and do some pedaling. Tomorrow will be my first run in a week, hopefully my knee will be silent.
